That’s when Gillian made a critical decision: if she wanted to leave her corporate job and provide long-term financial security for her disabled son and three other children, she couldn’t rely on an “H&P” (hope & pray) strategy anymore. She needed a real plan. So Gillian transformed from accidental investor to serious student of real estate, combining what she learned with her professional skills as a market research analyst to build a systematic, data-driven approach to portfolio growth.
