From a young age, I recognized the incredible potential of real estate as a path to financial prosperity. I was gifted Rich Dad Poor Dad when I was 21 by a realtor and have been investing in real estate ever since. I truly believe there is no better way to build wealth than through investing in real estate. Mortgage financing plays a significant role in successfully investing in real estate, and my desire is to structure and secure your mortgage in the most efficient way possible to help you achieve your goals and in turn, build your wealth.

My background is as a real estate appraiser for over 20 years, having owned and operated three real estate appraisal firms on Vancouver Island. In addition, I have also worked as a paralegal in mortgage enforcement for one of Canada’s most well-known law firms, as well as Director of Sales + Marketing for a leading new home developer. From an investment perspective, I am currently focused on developing multi-family new construction, utilizing the CMHC MLI Select financing product to create quality housing in the communities in which I invest (my current market focus is Edmonton).

All of this experience in various roles in the real estate world allows me to offer a unique and multi-faceted approach in my capacity as your mortgage advisor.
