Christine Traynor discovered the power of real estate investing early in life—and she’s been all-in ever since. When she was gifted Rich Dad Poor Dad at 21 by a realtor, it sparked a passion that would shape her entire career. From that moment, Christine became a serious student of real estate wealth building, and she truly believes there is no better path to financial prosperity than investing in real estate. But Christine also understands that mortgage financing plays a significant role in successful investing, and her entire focus is on structuring and securing mortgages in the most efficient way possible to help her clients achieve their goals. With over 20 years of experience as a real estate appraiser—having owned and operated three appraisal firms on Vancouver Island—she brings a level of property valuation expertise that most mortgage agents simply don’t have.
Christine’s commitment to understanding every angle of real estate transactions sets her apart. Her background spans multiple critical roles in the real estate ecosystem: she’s worked as a paralegal in mortgage enforcement for one of Canada’s most well-known law firms, giving her deep insight into what happens when financing goes wrong and how to structure deals that protect investors. She’s also served as Director of Sales and Marketing for a leading new home developer, understanding the sales process, market positioning, and what drives buyer decisions. Currently, she’s actively developing multi-family new construction projects, utilizing the CMHC MLI Select financing product to create quality housing in communities where she invests—her current market focus is Edmonton. This isn’t theoretical knowledge; Christine is in the trenches, navigating the same financing challenges, development timelines, and market conditions that her clients face.
