Meet Nour Chukr

Nour Chukr joined LendCity in September 2022 as Executive Assistant to CEO Scott Dillingham, and quickly proved herself as an indispensable part of the team. She played a key role in preparing client applications, coordinating lender submissions, and ensuring every detail was handled with precision. Working directly with Scott meant being at the center of some of the company’s most complex and high-value deals—and Nour rose to the challenge. Her strong work ethic and meticulous attention to detail contributed to the successful funding of over 80 deals in 2024 alone. In recognition of her outstanding contributions and commitment to both client and company success, Nour was promoted to Lead Coordinator—a role where she continues to streamline processes, support the team, and ensure that every client file moves efficiently from application to funding.

Nour’s commitment to operational excellence extends beyond her coordination role. She’s now also working within LendCity’s internal commercial division as Executive Assistant for The JC Group, further expanding her expertise into commercial real estate financing. This dual role gives her a comprehensive view of both residential and commercial operations, making her exceptionally valuable in coordinating complex files that require multiple stakeholders and precise timing. Her background brings an unexpected advantage: Nour earned a Bachelor’s Degree with Honours in Criminology from the University of Windsor. This analytical training developed her ability to assess details critically, identify potential issues before they become problems, and ensure compliance with complex regulatory requirements—skills that translate perfectly into mortgage coordination and client file management.
