Who Writes and Reviews Content
Articles are produced by LendCity's licensed mortgage professionals and reviewed by subject-matter experts on our team. YMYL topics — rates, program rules, tax implications, and cross-border regulations — are reviewed by licensed agents before publication or substantive updates.
Fact-Checking and Sources
We prioritize primary sources for time-sensitive claims: Bank of Canada, CMHC, OSFI, CRA, Federal Reserve, CFPB, FHFA, and official lender program guidelines. When rates or program rules change, we update affected articles and adjust the updated date to reflect substantive review.
Corrections
