Matt Buschman’s journey has been defined by challenges, but he wouldn’t have it any other way. Every obstacle, both in life and business, has shaped him into the person he is today—fueling the deep, meaningful conversations he has with his clients, team, and family. Since becoming a full-time licensed realtor in May 2007, Matt has consistently been a multi-million dollar producer. His passion for real estate spans every aspect of the business, from creative marketing and land acquisitions to design, development, and multi-residential and commercial opportunities. He prides himself on identifying prosperous ventures across various property types for his clients and companies.
Matt’s commitment to expanding his capabilities and client service runs deep. After joining Keller Williams in early 2019, he co-founded Synergy Real Estate Group Corp that same year to enhance both the realtor and client experience. With a solid background in commercial real estate and investing, he earned the Keller Williams Canadian Commercial Director designation. His passion for analyzing development and finance led him to obtain his Ontario Mortgage Agent licence, partnering with Dominion Lending Expert (Mississauga) and Lend City (Windsor) to create Synergy Financial. Backed by a talented and committed team, this unique combination provides complete and diverse service for clients.
What sets Matt apart is his real-world experience as a developer and investor. Since 2005, he’s been the sole owner and president of a multi-million dollar real estate development corporation, overseeing acquisition, design, and development of multi-residential housing that has served over 1,400 tenants and counting. As a proud father of 4, he lives by the principles of hard work, discipline, and staying humble—lessons from his own journey that he instills in his family daily.
