Referral fee arrangements are subject to applicable regulations and licensing requirements in your province or state. Reach out to us and we can discuss what's possible in your area.
Anyone purchasing or refinancing an investment property — rental properties, multi-family buildings, commercial real estate, fix-and-flip projects, or cross-border acquisitions. If it's not owner-occupied, we want to hear about it.
In most cases we can provide a financing indication within 24–48 business hours after receiving the client's basic deal details. Complex commercial or cross-border deals may require a few extra days.

Financing Programs

Yes. We specialize in cross-border financing for Canadians purchasing U.S. investment properties, as well as U.S.-based investors looking to buy in Canada.
We work with most deal sizes, though our sweet spot is $200K and above. For commercial and multi-family, minimums can vary by lender — contact us to discuss a specific scenario.
Absolutely. We walk first-time investment property buyers through every step of the process, from pre-approval to close. Referring a first-time investor client is always welcome.
